Designed for use with slotted horizontal or vertical single-position dropouts, the Excellent Adventure Axle is compatible only with 12 x 148mm hubs. Some of you people just can't get enough hauling done with your Big Dummy or your Surly trailer. Well, nutball cargo haulers, here is your solution: The Big Dumb Trailer Hitch. This handy piece replaces the wheel yoke of your Surly Bill or Ted trailer and inserts into the horizontal tubes on the non-drive side of your Surly Big Dummy cargo bike, thereby making it possible to haul your trailer using your cargo bike. Wow. I'm not really sure what to say here. Good for you, I guess? I hope your hemorrhoid surgery goes really well. Note: Big Dummy Hitch is not compatible with the Big Fat Dummy

Burley's Travoy Tie Down Straps help you secure your cargo to your Burley Travoy trailer (sold separately). These straps, sold in pairs, can replace the straps that come standard with the Travoy trailer or they can be used for added stability.

This part connects the trailer with a round tow bar to the hitch. It attaches inside the tow bar and locks in place inside the hitch using a retaining pin (Standard Forged Hitch & Steel Hitch) or bolt and nut (Classic Hitch). This flexible connector can stretch easily to allow the rider to lay down the bike. Includes safety strap with retaining pin for use with the Standard Forged Hitch or Steel Hitch. If being used with the Classic Hitch the Classic Hitch Safety Strap (part 950067) will also need to be purchased.
